Programme Objective
This program, meant for
students who have just passed 10 +2 and want to
pursue a career in the field of IT. Syllabus is
designed to make students aware of recent trends
and developments in the field of Information
Technology. Students will be exposed to advanced
software applications, e-business and website
management. Successful candidates will be able
to take up programming jobs in the corporate
sector.
Eligibility :
10+2 Science or Equivalent
Registration Fee : Rs. 500/- at the time
of admission only
Programme Fee : Rs. 8,500/- per Sem.
Examination Fee : Rs. 500/- per Sem.
Minimum Duration : 3 years (6 Semesters)
Maximum Duration : 6 years

Second Semester: One year IT Diploma
/Certificate

Fee & Examination
Candidate applying for Lateral Entry will pay
Lateral Entry Fee Rs. 3000/- and will have to
appear and pass the First Semester with the
Examination of Second Semester. Books of the
First Semester will be supplied by the
University and student will complete their
internal assessment at DESC.
Minimum
Counseling: It is based on credits and one
credit amounts to 10 hours counseling and
hands-on experience at DESC.
* The students
who have completed graduation other than
Science/IT/CS may also take admission in
B.Sc.(IT). However, they have to study
preparatory module of science courses of 12
credits as below:
